Opossum Nest Box Cam – Handmade Outdoor Shelter for Wildlife Rehab or Backyard Habitat

Now you can watch your opossums grow up on our new nest box cam. Great for use in wildlife rehabilitation or backyard settings. Built from FSC pine and plywood for durability, it provides secure shelter for opossums.

You will need a cordless drill to mount this box to a tree.

Important info: This box comes with a new wireless Blink camera. Customer is responsible for any issues with the camera which includes but is not limited to installation, set up, maintenance, contacting customer service for technical help and activation. A 30 day subscription is initially included but the customer is responsible for the monthly plan after that. (Roughly 11.00 a month for up to ten cameras). Your battery life depends on your usage so be sure to adjust the settings or use a back up solar panel. Customer must have an account with the camera provider, WiFi and the knowledge to set up the camera.

Note that these boxes are built to order, please allow a 3-5 days because we usually have to order the camera systems.

Box Placement:

Install the box 8-9' up in a tree, avoiding areas of the tree that are bare. The box weighs approximately 15 pounds and should lie against the main trunk of a well established tree, with the hole facing southeast, or as much away from the afternoon sun as possible (possums are nocturnal and sleep during the day).

There is no guarantee as to who will move in your house. Animals are opportunistic house hunters and don't know a certain house is for them. You may get any number of animals living in your house.
