Some of our most frequently asked questions.

Q:How long will it take to get my product?

A:All of the products on this site are made to order within 3-5 business days. Larger items are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 1-6 business days after they are shipped.


Q:Why do cam boxes take longer to ship?

A:I have to often order the cams and the solar panels which can take a few days.


Q:Why don't you ship nest boxes and feeders to PO boxes?

A: Most of our products are shipped via UPS and they do not ship to PO boxes unless it is a UPS PO box.


Q: Why don't you ship to AK?

A: Shipping costs to AK are almost twice the cost of the nest box.


Q:Do you ship out of the country?

A: Unfortunately, no. The cost of shipping is outrageous, even to Canada,


Q:What are your nest boxes made from?

A: Most are from FSC pine or a pine/ ply hybrid. We do not use cedar as it's oils and perfumes can be toxic to squirrels.


Q:Do you use sealer on the boxes?

A:Yes, non toxic sealer is an option.


Q:Do you have a return policy?

A: Since our boxes are made to order especially for you we generally don't accept returns. If you do choose to return and item it will be at your cost and may be subject to a restocking fee.


Q: What happens if my box arrives broken?

A:Take plenty of pics and send them to us so we can file a claim and get you a need product ASAP.


Q: What happens if my item gets lost?

A: Occasionally UPS will mess up and lose a box. You need to monitor your tracking at all times and if there isn't any movement within 72 hours you will need to file a "Where is my package" request with UPS. We recommend signing up for email notifications with UPS packages because then you will know every step of it's movement. Shipping can get very hectic during the holiday season.


Q:If my package is lost will you ship me another?

A: Once UPS is done investigating where the package is or if it was lost we will ship another if it is truly lost. Unfortunately this can take up to two weeks but from past experience, every time a package was "lost" and we shipped another the original package showed up.


Q:What if I need a product ASAP?

A: I am one person and while I may be able to get an order out faster when it isn't the holidays or baby season I may not be able to do it during busy times. It is best to ask before you order if you need it ahead of time.


Q:Do you do custom work?

A:When things aren't hectic I often do.
