Please read the following before purchasing:
This is an extremely large and heavy house. You will need a very sturdy tree to support it.Front porches are not attached during shipping to keep them safe. Please follow the instructions enclosed in the package to install them. All grooves are pre routed and holes pre drilled for you. Simply open the front door, insert the porches in the respective grooves and screw in from behind.
Fox squirrel condo complete with covered porches, interior and exterior predator guards, access door and housewarming kit.
This house is also suitable for western grey squirrels.
