This handmade squirrel nesting box features dual porches and two entrances with an interior predator guard to give wild squirrels multiple escape routes and extra cover from the elements. Built from FSC pine and trusted by wildlife professionals, this design supports gray squirrels and other native species during nesting, overwintering, and release.

You will need a cordless drill to mount this box to a tree.

SQUIRREL NEST BOX PLACEMENT:

Nest boxes should be placed a minimum of 10’ up preferably facing the sun. It is recommended that the house be mounted on a flat tree. Any curvature of the tree can cause the bottom to jut out and would require shims to be place behind it to stabilize it.
