Bandit Bungalow Raccoon House

This raccoon house is made from birch and pine. It is scorched and sealed for extra weather protection.Please allow a few extra business days for this product so it can properly dry.

You will need to attach the backboard and roof upon receiving your house. This is to keep it safe during transit. Directions will be sent and a video as well as directions will be available here shortly. An electric screwdriver or drill with a Phillip's head tip will be need to complete assembly.

Comes with a metal bracket for support as well as all mounting screws.
Can be mounted in a tree or left on the ground for possies or skunks to use. If you are leaving this on the ground we recommend putting bricks under it to keep water from rotting the bottom.

There is no guarantee as to who will move in your house. Animals are opportunistic house hunters and don't know a certain house is for them. You may get any number of animals living in your house.
