I got my mom this for her birthday. She absolutely loves it! The box was shipped very secure. Arrived intact with no issues and the camera works perfectly. The box is beautifully made and very sturdy! It even included some bedding to place inside. We were able to get it hung in the tree easily. In less than 72 hours she already had some squirrels inside the house checking things out! Jay was very responsive to emails and answered all my questions. I absolutely recommend this house and would buy more products from this company.
